Terms of Service

1. What You're Buying

BulwarkAI sells digital security products for OpenClaw deployments:

• Security Blueprint ($97) — a downloadable package of guides, scripts, configs, checklists, and threat intelligence. Delivered instantly via email.
• Hardening Report ($297) — a personalized security review of your specific OpenClaw deployment. Delivered within 24 hours of intake form submission.
• DFY Hardening ($1,997) — hands-on security hardening of your deployment by our team. Delivered within 72 hours of intake form submission. Includes a 30-day check-in.
• Quarterly Re-certification ($297) — a follow-up security scan and report for existing Audit or DFY customers.

2. Delivery

Blueprint downloads are delivered via a secure, time-limited link sent to the email address provided at checkout. If your link expires, contact hello@bulwarkai.io for a new one.

Audit and DFY deliverables are sent to the email address provided in your intake form.

3. What You Can Do With It

Your purchase is for your personal or business use. You may:

• Use the Blueprint materials across your own deployments (unlimited)
• Share findings from your Audit or DFY report within your organization
• Run the included scripts on your own systems

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the Blueprint files with anyone outside your organization
• Offer the materials as part of a competing security product or service
• Remove BulwarkAI branding or attribution from the materials

Agency customers with an Agency Shield subscription may use materials for client work under the terms of that agreement.

4. Updates

The Security Blueprint is a living product. When we release updates (new threat intelligence, updated scripts, new configs), all past customers receive an email notification with a fresh download link at no additional cost.

5. Refunds

• Security Blueprint: 30-day refund if you're not satisfied. Email hello@bulwarkai.io.
• Hardening Report: If we fail to deliver within 7 days of your intake form submission, full refund. After delivery, no refunds — you've received the personalized work.
• DFY Hardening: If we fail to deliver within 14 days of your intake form submission, full refund. After delivery, no refunds.
• Re-certification: Full refund if your re-cert scan comes back clean with zero new findings.

6. Disclaimer

BulwarkAI provides security guidance and hardening services based on current threat intelligence. We are not responsible for:

• Security incidents that occur on your deployment, whether or not you have implemented our recommendations
• Changes to OpenClaw that affect the accuracy of our recommendations after delivery
• Third-party tools, skills, or MCP servers referenced in our materials

Our materials represent our professional assessment at the time of delivery. Security is a continuous process, not a one-time fix — which is why we offer ongoing re-certification.

7. Limitation of Liability

BulwarkAI's total liability for any claim arising from our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
